The Financial Training Academy of the FBTI, a 501(c)3 is designed to provide assistance and support to minority businesses that are trying to expand their networking relationships for increased contract opportunities.

FBTI’s Networking and Opportunity Outreach services are designed to assist the business owners to grow their business by expanding their business relationships, client base, contracting opportunities and knowledge of new and relevant industry information.

Financial Management Consulting

FBTI’s Financial Management Consulting and business development services are designed to assess the financial viability of client firms, recommend constructive corrective action to increase that financial viability, and position firms to sustain short and long-term growth in order to create and sustain jobs.

Business Management Consulting Services

The objective of Business Management Consulting Services is to help build management capacity within firms thereby mitigating risk to the firm, its clients, and its lenders.

Money Smart Program

FBTI will use the Money Smart for Small Business curricula as the base for the financial training. This financial literacy educational program focuses on providing basic financial literacy concepts to micro businesses in underserved census areas.

Signature Events

FBTI, a charitable organization, hosts’ business development and networking events for our target market businesses of small, minority and underserved small firms.
