The FBTI takes a comprehensive approach to providing businesses by combining financial management, business management, and training assistance components into an integrated business development program. This approach directly aligning business solutions for minority and underserved businesses through hand-held training sessions that create synergy, discuss best practices and maximize measurable results. In designing this program, our experienced team has identified barriers and opportunities specific to small and minority businesses and will fuse expanded business development, training, and education services.

The program’s design allows firms to enter the process at the most appropriate level depending on firm specific needs and capabilities. FBTI’s services are designed to be delivered through the long-term relationship built from ongoing firm engagement.  This long-term approach enables FBTI to work closely and continuously with firms to alleviate ongoing challenges and capitalize on short and long-term growth opportunities.  Finally, FBTI’s approach concentrates on quantifiable measures of financial management capacity that are used to track the progress of the firms and demonstrate the success of the Training Institute.
